Good morning~ Today is my turn to post a project for my design team spot and I chose to use the new file "On The Road Again". It's such a cute and fun file!

No on to my project.

I chose to do a 1 page layout, but this can easily be made into a 2 page layout :)

In the file you get everything you see but the 2 photo mats. I cut all the pieces out with my Cameo, which I LOVE!!  It cuts so much better than the other machine, I won't mention a name, because I may hurt it's feelings lol.. I inked all the pieces and used bazzil cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by!

For my layout I chose to use the Boy Pumpkin Patch Fun file that can be found here http://www.creativekuts.com/Boy-Pumpkin-Patch-Fun-BPPF1012.htm

I used paper I purchased from Joann's and used various Memento Ink's for all the inking.

I added 3 photo mats to the layout.

Thanks you for visiting my blog!

Fall Card using Gel Pens with Cricut

For today's project I decided to use gel pens to make this cute and easy Fall card. I love the look they give to a sentiment for a card or for actual drawing.

For my project I chose to make a Thanksgiving card.

Here is the inside sentiment using gel pens, my cricut and the Thanksgiving  Cartridge
I sized the sentiment at 1.917 x 4.264 so it would fit perfectly .

The outside of the card:

The card size is 5/5
I cut the patterned paper at 4 3/4
I inked the edges in Chestnut Roan
The acorn in cut from Art Philosophy at 3.5"
The Red Leaf is cut out at 3.5"
and the Orange Leaf is cut out at 3"

The tag is cut out at 1.5"
I used brown twine
and the stamped sentiment is from Pink By Designs Bountiful Blessings line

Trick or Treat Banner

For my first project I used Country Life and Teddy Bear Parade to make my "Trick or Treat" Banner for my fireplace mantel. I love Halloween and don't have much inside cuteness, most of it is outside. So I decided to make some Halloween items for my house.

Here is a picture of my banner

This picture is kinda far, but every time I got closer the picture came out blurry,
I think it's time for a new camera  :)

Up close picture of the word "Trick"
I love DCWV paper!!

Cute little bear from Teddy Bear Parade

Here are the details of my banner:

I cut the banners from Country Life
at 5"
I used Happy Hauntings Font
in various sizes to fit the banners

Teddy Bear Parade for the Witch Bears
cut at 2.5"
For my next project I made a Police Graduation  Card for our friends Son who just graduated from the Police Academy :)

The card is a 6x6
I used a dark blue then added a lighter blue for depth
The policeman is from Everyday Paper Dolls and  cut out at 5"
and I used Peachy Keen Everyday Character Face Stamp
I used a stamp that I bought from Michael's for the inside sentiment, sorry it's blurry. I need a new camera badly!! It's going on my Christmas List!!

For my last project I made 6 "BOO" gift cones for my friends. I am going to fill them with treats and leave them on their front doors with the "BOO" poem :)

I used Winter Woodland for the cones
I cut the cones out at 9.5"
added ribbon to the inside for a handle
I cut a 12 x 1 1/2" piece of paper and scored it every 1/4" to make a rosette.

Pumpkin box using Sweet Tooth Cartridge

I saw on Pinterest that some talented lady made a pumpkin out of the Sweet Tooth Cartridge and since I love anything having to do with Pumpkins, I wanted to make one for me!! Yes, ME!! I always seem to make things for friends and this time I made something for ME!!! :)

I LOVE how it turned out :)

Who knew the Ice Cream topper on the Sweet Tooth Cart could make so many things besides a Ice Cream :)

I cut Conely1 out at 9.5
I cut Conely 2 out at 11.61

I used the red tacky tape to adhere the box

I used the Thanksgiving Cartridge for the Pumpkin stem and vines

Cut 2 stems out at 4.5

and the leaves and vines were cut out at 1.5" x 4.889"
and another vine cut out at  1.75" x 5.708"

Halloween card

I LOVE Halloween, it is my second favorite Holiday. First being Christmas :)
I saw this cute little card on Pinterest and knew right away I could make this using my Cricut Imagine.  I love the versatility of this machine! You can print your own paper, and choose different colors for you images :) For instance you can take a cartridge and instead of putting brown paper in for a mouse, you can print the mouse in any color you want!!

Anyway's here is my Boo! Halloween card

The paper is from K & C ~ Ghostly Greetings. I just love this paper!!
The trees are printed in black using the Frightful Affair Cartridge
The Boo! sentiment is also from the Frightful Affair Cartridge, but I used Snapshot Nature to print the color for the Boo!

Trees are cut out at 2.5" & 3"
The Boo! is cut out at 1"
I added googly eye's to the trees, instead of "Hills have eyes" I call it the "Trees have eyes" haha!
The Spooky ribbon on the bottom is actually TAPE!! I think this is the greatest thing, and it's thick!!
